Complex and rich vermouth. Bitterness is well balanced with gentle spices and hints of berries.
This Vermouth is made with an English Wine as its base. Cold distillation of the botanicals, mixing and bottling all happens at our Pembrokeshire Distillery.
We enjoy drinking this neat, with ice and an orange segment. You can top up with sparkling water or even use tonic water. Makes a cracking Negroni and Manhattan.

Please bear with us, we pick each of our botanicals by hand. Whilst this sustainable practice leads to a delicious drink, it does limit how much we can make. Due to this we’ve had to limit our sweet vermouth to three bottles per order for the time being.
