This exceptionally Extra Dry Vermouth is a must have in any Martini.
This bold Vermouth leads with herbaceous and floral notes. Followed with a savoury, almost salty finish. Crisp and with very little sweetness.
Wild thyme, coastal herbs and a touch of seaweed are amongst the wild botanicals that flavour this drink.
This Extra Dry Vermouth is made with an English Wine from Oxfordshire as its base. Cold distillation of the botanicals, mixing and bottling all happens at our Pembrokeshire Distillery.
We also recommend using a splash when cooking. A small slug at the start of a risotto adds incredible depth. If cooking fish ‘en papillote’ add a bit of Vermouth just before you seal up the package. It’s unbelievable.
